Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House                                             
amendments to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 291(RLS) thus adopting                                         
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 291(FIN) am H "An                                               
Act making supplemental and other appropriations; amending                                          
appropriations; and providing for an effective date" and recommended                                
the body vote no.                                                                                   
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House                                           
amendments?"
